Intellectual Property Policy
I. Definitions and Interpretations
1.Intellectual Property (IP): Refers to all intellectual property rights owned by Shuttle Art and its affiliates, including but not limited to trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, technical secrets, domain names, and business names.
2.Affiliates: Companies, enterprises, or other economic organizations that have a direct or indirect control relationship, joint control relationship, or significant influence relationship with Shuttle Art.
3.Third Parties: Any individual, enterprise, or other organization other than Shuttle Art and its affiliates.
II. Ownership of Intellectual Property
1.Ownership of Shuttle Art's IP: Shuttle Art owns all rights to its intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, patents, and copyrights. Without the written consent of Shuttle Art, no affiliates or third parties are allowed to use, transfer, license, or otherwise dispose of Shuttle Art's intellectual property.
2.Intellectual Property Generated through Collaboration: Any intellectual property generated jointly during collaboration will, unless otherwise agreed, be owned by Shuttle Art.
III. Use of Intellectual Property
1.Authorized Use: Shuttle Art may authorize affiliates or third parties to use its intellectual property for business purposes, provided that the scope and duration of authorization are clearly defined in a written authorization agreement.
2.Prohibition of Unauthorized Use: No affiliates or third parties are allowed to use Shuttle Art's intellectual property without written consent. Unauthorized use resulting in infringement will be the responsibility of the user.
IV.Our Commitment to Originality and Anti - Infringement
At Shuttle Art, we fully respect the intellectual property rights of third parties and maintain a strict zero - tolerance policy towards counterfeiting or infringement. We take proactive measures to ensure that the products we sell do not infringe on any intellectual property rights. While we regularly review product information to identify and prevent potential violations, it may sometimes be difficult to detect them immediately. In such cases, we encourage intellectual property holders to contact us directly to seek solutions.
V.Eligible Complaints
We accept complaints related to the following types of intellectual property infringement:

Upon receiving your complaint, we will conduct an internal investigation. If your complaint is valid, we will take immediate action to resolve the issue.
VII.Actions We May Take
If infringement is confirmed, we may take the following actions:

2.Contact relevant parties (if applicable) to inform them of the issue and facilitate a solution.
3.Cease the sale of any infringing products and, where appropriate, destroy any inventory that infringes on your intellectual property rights.
4.Suspend or terminate any relationship with any responsible party (if applicable).

IX. Other Provisions
Shuttle Art reserves the right to the final interpretation and amendment of this policy.
